PROBLEM

To maximize sales, auto dealerships want to have a high inventory of cars to choose from. Penske Automotive Group wanted to add space for an additional 100 plus cars. Obtaining extra land in the metro New York City area was not an option. The high land costs had them turning to AME to provide an affordable solution for more space.

SOLUTION

We designed a 32,000+ square-foot parking deck, without footers, to support over 130 additional cars intended for immediate sale. The structure was built in their current location, without interfering with day-to-day business. After the project, we were asked to design and build similar solutions for Penske operations along other locations on the Eastern Seaboard.
