Jay brings more than a decade of leadership experience from the U.S. Army and Michigan Army National Guard, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne Division. After serving as an Infantry Captain with Airborne and Ranger qualifications, Jay continued building his career across operations, logistics, sales, and recruiting.
His background brings a strong combination of discipline, leadership, organization, and hands-on execution to AME. In his new role, Jay will work closely with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to help support the planning, coordination, and accountability required throughout AME projects.
